We currently seeking an enthusiastic person for a supervisor position at our busy medical billing office.
Duties include:
1) Completing billing and follow-up tasks directly assigned to this supervisor, (this is non-delegable work). Hands on charges and issues.
2) Monitoring others in the organization from a quality and quantity perspective. Possessing the knowledge and problem solving skills in order to answer the questions of other billing staff.
3) Management meetings to go over strengths and deficiencies in the organization.
This position is only open to people with extensive skills in medical billing and collections. Experience is required and the job requires great research, writing, communication and management skills. There is room to move-up in the organization based on the value brought to the business.
