Job description

• Reading and understanding EOB's
• Submitting insurance claims
• Process and post insurance payments
• Working/researching rejection and denials from insurance companies
• Process and mail monthly patient statements
• Process and post patient payments
• Bill patients and answer patients questions regarding their statement
• Basic working knowledge of personal computers and their associate user software is required. Experience with Microsoft Office products Word and Excel is preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, including telephone etiquette, and keyboarding and basic math skills

Skills/Qualifications

• Previous billing experience preferred but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
