**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced AR Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, particularly in handling aging reports and resolving outstanding accounts receivable issues.
**Responsibilities:**
- Review and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts
- Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues
- Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals to ensure timely reimbursement
- Maintain accurate records of billing and collection activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve collections
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing
- Strong understanding of medical billing codes and procedures
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working with AR aging reports in a healthcare setting
