Medical Billing Supervisor jobs in Albany, NY

TEKsystems is looking to bring on a Medical Billing Specialist to work for one of our healthcare clients in Albany, NY. This position is fully in office.

Must Haves:

• accounts receivable experience OR
• experience working with insurance companies OR
• billing experience OR
• medical reception experience where insurance verification was handled

Job Description:

• Billing and collection
• Calling insurance companies and getting status of claims
• Assist with deposits, make copies and log checks
• Some Journal entry and reconciliation work
• Consumer check requests
• Some manual invoices
• Excel spreadsheet work
• Remitting payments
• Help with deposits /logging checks

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr depending on experience

Hours: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
