The Marketing Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our Medical Billing Company and the services we offer to Medical Offices in Southwest Florida (and beyond). This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales and business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Start up mentality, able to assess and initiate a plan of action to gain new customers.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential Medical Offices and Medical Meetings
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing Medical Offices
- Collaborate with the marketing team (Owner & Director) to create engaging marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a medical or technology-related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with follow up plans for customer continuity
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
