Description:

Device Pitstop is an electronic resale and repair shop in Grandville, Michigan. We buy, sell, trade and repair laptops, tablets, mobile phones and other devices. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team who is self-motivated, responsible, and has initiative.

Major areas of responsibility:

• Troubleshoot, test, and diagnose computers, mobile devices and other electronics for hardware and software issues.
• Fix and repair hardware and software issues on personal computers and devices from Windows 7 to Windows 11 along with Apple products.
• Remove Spyware and Malware
• Interact with customers maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications:
• Technical aptitude and interest in current technology trends.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and assist customers.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to pass background check.
