The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Healthcare and previous clinics operational leadership experience.
The Medical Group Operations Director will be in charge of making sure staff is providing high quality and cost effective care to all patients that also complies with state and federal requirements. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the facility. In addition, the position requires developing and maintaining fiscal budgets. The Medical Group Operations Director will also need to collaborate with the staff and other leaders to best plan the day to day function of the practices.
