The Assistant to the Director of Graduate Medical Education will be responsible for assisting with resident billing; review of data entry in MedHub; generating affiliated billing reports; billing for administrative overhead. Will help track resident assignments based on billing; send affiliates their assignments. Monitor resident and fellow duty hours and generate reports to be distributed to programs. Participate in the review of the Annual Program Evaluation forms to assess each programs compliance with ACGME regulations and institutional goals. Participate in ongoing and special review meetings: collate program information in MedHub and help to prepare follow-up report and distribution to program and GMEC upon completion. Create new letters of agreement to meet ACGME standards and hospital affiliation agreements to meet CMS regulations. Maintain a database for all agreements that are current and expired. Ensures that programs are maintaining updated letters of agreement if changes occur program director or hospital leadership. Provides administrative assistance to Associate Dean and Director of GME. Review of onboarding materials for new residents and fellows through MedHub.
Associates degree and two years of relevant experience (preferably in a higher education setting), plus excellent written/oral communication skills, analytical and computer skills required, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience with MedHub preferred.
