Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team. As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the medical operations of our organization. You will provide leadership, guidance, and expertise to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

Duties:
- Provide medical oversight and supervision to healthcare professionals within the organization
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with advancements in medical practices and technologies
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring and evaluating the performance of healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and professional organizations

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Post-residency experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and critical care practices
- Experience in managing healthcare professionals and overseeing patient care
- Familiarity with managed care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

-Training in Aesthetic injections, and medicinal aesthetics, if not trained in this, willing to train.
