Job Overview:

Experienced-based pay. We pay an hourly wage, plus we implement an earned commission system based on daily service expectations. We are seeking a professional, skilled and passionate Esthetician to join the amazing and fun team at Venus. The perfect candidate will be focused on complete excellence, providing a complete range of skin and beauty services to our clients and helping them look and feel their absolute best. If you have a strong background in skincare, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, nano-needling and other esthetic procedures, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion

- Provide hair removal services and spray tanning

- Perform lash lifts and tinting

- Perform makeup applications for special occasions or events

- Lash extension certification and experience a plus, but not required

- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments

- Educate clients on proper Dermalogica skincare routines and products

- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation protocols

- Manage client appointment timing and maintain accurate records of services provided

- Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions

Requirements:

- Valid Esthetician license in the state of PA

- Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and industry trends

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with salon software (e.g., MEEVO) for scheduling and record keeping purposes

- Knowledge of color theory for makeup application is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
