Lead Medical Esthetician

WHO WE NEED:

We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained associates, seeking a highly skilled medical esthetician with CoolSculpting experience and strong leadership experience.

WHO YOU ARE:

A skilled medical esthetician with a strong sales background and proven track record of leadership. You have a passion for aesthetics and are a team player with impeccable service standards and excellent communication skills. A natural salesperson with an innate ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.  You are empathetic to client needs and concerns, skilled at analyzing and problem-solving, and are an efficient multi-tasker able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.  You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Priority will be given to applicants with CoolSculpting experience.

• Two years medical esthtician experience
• Deliver outstanding CoolSculpting and Diamond Glow treatments
• Create treatment plan recommendations
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and enhance the bottom line
• Confident with high integrity and a client-centric, can-do attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate to clients, peers, and management
• Ability to work as part of a team within your clinic and the region as a whole
• Comfortable and confident with various forms of client outreach
• Professional demeanor, disposition, and appearance
• Top producer with a track record of success
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain appropriate certification and licensure 
• Demonstrate strong esthetic skills including proficiency in facial techniques, chemical peels and body contouring treatments
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients about treatment and membership benefits 
• Ability to work well as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual, on time every time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, including some evenings and weekends
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills

• General location maintenance such as restocking restrooms with towels, etc., assisting with any laundry needs, and making sure product shelf is always organized and dust-free
• Work collaboratively with allproviders to ensure premier client experience, future treatment plans, and existing patient follow-up 

• Anticipate and submitting location needs to maintain fully stocked supplies
• Product inventory on a weekly basis
• Execute various forms of daily outreach as directed by management
• Adhere to Kalologie policies and protocols

• Attend, participate, and actively engage in all necessary training, education, and professional development as directed by management
• Attend and engage in regional and corporate meetings and zooms as scheduled by management
