Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must! Previous experience with home medical equipment preferred but not required.
Responsible for the delivery and setup of required medical equipment in patient's residence. Educate patients in proper use and care of respiratory and Home Medical Equipment in a home setting. Maintain home oxygen systems through regularly scheduled visits to patient's residence. Complete written patient visit reports following setup and follow-up visits as required. Assist in resolving patient equipment problems under emergency conditions. Process all orders in a timely and accurate manner. Perform routine preventive maintenance and simple repairs on equipment as required in accordance with company policies. Assume on-call responsibilities during non business hours according to the company policy.
