Medical Laboratory Technician jobs in California

Pacific Medical Laboratory is currently hiring for a night shift, full-time, Mon-Fri MLT position. We can accommodate flexibility in the start time, as early as 8:30pm as late as 10pm. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Accessioning and processing orders/samples

- Running samples for coagulation, hematology, chemistry, immunoassay, microbiology and urinalysis and accepting results through our LIS

- Reading and accepting automated urinalysis microscopy

- Performing routine daily preventive maintenance, calibrations and QC

1-on-1 training to be provided on sight with our morning shift MLT and CLS. We anticipate training to take no longer than 1-2 weeks prior to transition to night shift. We prefer candidates who are looking for a long-term commitment and are interested in growing and developing into a managerial position for the night shift.
