Medical Librarian Assistant assists the librarian and users with the operations of a medical library. Helps with computer searches, inter-library loans, cataloging, circulation, general reference and questions about library services. Being a Medical Librarian Assistant organizes and shelves materials and prepares new materials for circulation. May perform data entry to update library systems. Additionally, Medical Librarian Assistant may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Librarian Assistant works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Position Summary:
Busy cardiology practice seeking PRN/Part Time medical assistant. Previous experience or education required. Strong organizational skill are a must. Candidates must be highly motivated with a positive attitude. Job duties include but are not limited to assisting provider clinics, EKG's, scheduling procedures, triaging patient phone calls, administrative organization, etc. Monday-Friday, no nights, no weekends, no holidays.
