As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare professionals in providing efficient and compassionate care to our patients. Responsibilities include:

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.

- Obtain and record patient medical histories and enter into EMR system.

- Prepare examination rooms and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available and sterilized.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

- Assist with medical record documentation and electronic health record management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.

- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records systems.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
