Serving the Coastal Region North of Seattle, this Community Specialty Care Physician Group has all the essential Medical Group technology, as well as a fully functional Ambulatory Surgery Center so that most patient cases can be treated in house. The Medical Practice Director will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Medical Practice.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this Director will support all Clinical and Business Operations, as well as oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of the attached Ambulatory Surgery Center. They will have a close working relationship with the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Financial Officer to ensure that the Clinical and Business Operations stay in line with the Practice Operations and Standards. They will oversee all Clinical staff including physicians, nurses, techs, and support staff.
The Medical Practice Director will oversee staffing, budgeting, and maintain a good working relationship with the different departmental managers to ensure that Physician and Patient needs are met. They will be responsible for performance evaluations and oversee compliance within the Practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medical Group Administration, Physician Relations, Growth Initiatives, and hold a Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Nursing.
