Rose Veterinary Management Group, a private small animal practice in Bentonville, AR, is seeking a Medical Director for their 4 general practice veterinary hospitals and 1 urgent care hospital.

We offer the ability to practice veterinary medicine in hospitals that have the flexibility of non-corporate but the structure of a corporation. In this position, you will be able to support our 5 clinics' doctors to practice best medicine and make critical decisions needed to establish and maintain successful hospitals. We take pride in each individual hospital and allow them to practice progressive, high-quality medicine that complements our core beliefs. You will work alongside the Director of Operations to manage the quality of veterinary medicine and implement medical strategy with the doctors and staff.

Must have valid DVM and DEA in Arkansas or willing to obtain one.

3-5 years as a veterinarian required.

Previous medical director experience preferred.
