    Job Overview:
    As a Director of Brand Management, you will be an integral part of our marketing team and will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand identity. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, awareness, and customer loyalty. This role is equal parts strategic, operational, and executional. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who exercises exceptional communication skills and can effectively manage and execute plans across multiple teams, projects, and priorities. You will craft compelling consumer narratives; manage strategic growth initiatives; help position our current products and develop new ones; support key partnership RFPs; and drive the business forward with big ideas and innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Brand Strategy & Positioning

      • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for a new product line, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
      • Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition, tone, and visual identity.
      • Manage day-to-day communication/development with all cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Creative, Influencer/PR, Digital, and Production to ensure timetable/milestone adherence.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Consumer Insights and Market Research

      • Conduct thorough consumer research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
      • Utilize consumer insights to refine and optimize brand strategies.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
    • Influencer Program and Partnerships

      • Develop and manage influencer marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
      • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key influencers, thought leaders, and industry stakeholders.
    • Asset Development

      • Oversee the creation of compelling and cohesive brand assets, including but not limited to packaging, marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising materials.
      • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
    • Campaign Planning and Execution

      • Positive track record for developing successful breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns with an emphasis on digital and social media.
      • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Budget Management

      • Develop and manage budgets related to brand management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Brand Management / Marketing or a similar role.
    • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and design.
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to inform, influence, and collaborate across functions and with all organization levels.
    • Strong creative thinking with demonstrated ability to build activations with creative, digital, social, PR, and media agency partners.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic working environment.
    • Results-driven with a track record of successfully managing and growing brands.
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
