We are seeking a PM&R Physician to join our team as a Medical Director in Panama City, FL. This physician will work collaboratively with an experienced PM&R team to manage medical and rehab care on inpatient rehab units, LTACHs, skilled nursing facilities, and Assisted Living Facilities. The core duties will include rounding on patients daily in a team-based model, being a leader in weekly interdisciplinary team rounds, consult work and external admissions, respond to calls, managing patients through the continuum, and providing education to patients and staff.
