Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director Care Management will oversee all departmental activities within case management. The Director Care Management will work collaboratively with leadership to functional excellence and completion of operational objectives. They will serve as a mentor by providing leadership to staff. The Director Care Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
