Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Physician Services Operations Director, Director of Finance will oversee all financial operational functions of the Hospital’s Physician Medical Group. The Medical Group Director of Finance will work closely with the CFO on audits, accounting, and contracting areas. In the absence of accounting and business office personnel, the Medical Group Director of Finance will cover those duties and responsibilities.
The Medical Group Director of Finance will prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports and forecasts, supervise payroll and accounting staff, and oversee all accounts payable processes. In addition, the Medical Group Director of Finance will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all financials including monthly and annual taxes. The Medical Group Director of Finance is expected to be a pleasant and respectful member of the hospital team as this position will be a representation of the hospital.
