Medical Management Director directs and oversees the operations and strategic planning of the organization's medical management initiatives and programs. Establishes case management, utilization review, quality and outcome management, and community education programs to provide high quality, cost effective health care services. Being a Medical Management Director develops and implements clinical guidelines for care designed to improve outcomes while managing costs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Medical Management Director typically reports to top management. The Medical Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     NeighborImpact is looking for a qualified candidate to be our Associate Director of Grants Management! This position is limited duration and will end in July 2023. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Services, Human Services or a related field with 2 years’ experience working in program management.     Compensation: $32.21-36.38 hourly rate (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish)-Exempt

    Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week).
    Limited Duration expected to end in July 2023

    Benefits: 100% premium paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6%), almost 16 weeks of paid time total accrual during the first five years (increases after that), plus 10 paid holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual

    Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    The Associate Director of Grants Management is responsible for compressive management of NeighborImpact Child Care Resources grants, sub recipients, contractors, in compliance with federal and state regulations. In addition, the Associate Director of Grants
    Management will develop the grants program and work directly with community partners and NeighborImpact senior management.
    This is a limited duration position planned to end on July 2023.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business, Social Services, Human Services, or related area, plus two years of work experience in program management, oversight and delivery required
    • Experience with pre- and post- award activities relating to grants or contracts preferred
    • Highly organized with attention to detail required
    • Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle required
    • Prior to date of hire and throughout employment: o Valid driver’s license o Proof of current auto insurance o Access to reliable transportation required o Satisfactory criminal background check o Ability to enroll in Central Background Registry o Covid-19 Vaccine required

    Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

    Pay: $32.21 - $36.38 per hour
