    Essential Duties

    • Lead and motivate property managers, administrative, and maintenance staff
    • Set clear expectations and oversee the quality of property management services provided to tenants and owners
    • Provide continuing education and training for staff at all levels
    • Responsible for maintaining the company website and listing available properties on Zillow, Facebook, etc.
    • Establish, implement, and maintain standard operating policies and procedures in compliance with Texas Real Estate Commission and Fair Housing
    • Oversee daily accounting and reporting functions to include, accounts receivable, cash receipts, accounts payable, and bank reconciliation
    • Maintain current knowledge and continuing education for property managers as required by TREC
    • Present company financial statements and performance reports at monthly meeting with broker and company principals
    • Establish, implement, and track marketing initiatives for attracting new investors as well as growing existing investor portfolios
    • Meet with prospective investors to negotiate management and service contracts for their investment properties
    • Responsible for implementing strategies to retain owners
    • Review monthly investor financial reports
    • Establish, implement, and track marketing initiatives for new tenant acquisition and retention
    • Provide final approval of tenant applications
    • Resolve tenant conflicts and disputes escalated by property managers
    • Oversee all eviction processes
    • All other duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    • College degree preferred
    • State of Texas Realtor license required
    • Experience leading a team preferred
    • Progressive property management experience preferred
    • Experience with Yardi property management preferred
