TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Billing Manager, you will be a key part of our Billing team.

• The billing manager will be responsible for evaluating the current billing processes and implement new processes to improve the efficiency of the billing flow.
• Verify insurance benefits
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding denials and appeals
• Ensure trips are billed within a timely filing limit
• Payment tracking and follow up
• Manage revenue cycle
• Oversee all billing  functions and manage billing staff

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Availability to multitask with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient computer skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience dealing with major insurance companies and patient scheduling is preferred

• Ability to work in high pressure situations

• Clean background check

• Negative drug screening  

• COVID-19 Vaccination

• Ability to work full time in an in person setting

• Minimum 5 years billing management
