We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities
- Manage the office calendar and staff schedule including time off and vacations
- Oversee purchasing of office supplies and services
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, expense tracking and payroll using QuickBooks
- Maintain office records and files in an organized manner
- Assist with human resources tasks such as hiring, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and employee conflict management
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
-Manage various Electronic Management Systems utilized in the office, Athena, Open Dental, -Crexendo, Canva and assist with training staff as needed
-Oversee staff meetings and hospitality activities for staff
-Manage marketing including social media, advertising in various local publications and print materials
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks)
- Experience in supervising a team and managing employee performance
- Knowledge of human resources processes and regulations is preferred
- Previous experience in medical management is a plus
