Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the staff. Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical - Assist with training development for new employees
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Assist with social media and digital marketing
- Selling services to prospective patients
Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in medical office management is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable
