Main responsibilities include:
-Participating in and contributing to the facility leadership meetings and processes.
-Following company policies and procedures to produce accurate revenue.
-Billing and follow up to ensure timely collections of Private payers.
-Ensuring adherence to all related federal and state rules and regulations.
-The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for someone with experience who can coordinate the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that an office runs smoothly. The following list of responsibilities include but not limited to:
Skills Required: Experience of Business Office Management of at least 2 years, strong multitasking, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical for a successful career as a business office manager. Strong knowledge of Missouri Medicaid including the application process is preferred. Experience with Point Click Care software is preferred.
