Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the practice, including implementing EMR ,medical and fiscal management, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice
- Supervise and provide leadership to the medical staff and support team
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and client services to ensure efficient operations
- Implement and maintain effective EMR ,management systems, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and patient care
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies and equipment
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of patient c
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
