Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT (CFA) is actively seeking a full-time (40 hrs/wk) Medical Billing Manager to manage a team of medical billers, claims processors, and other staff to ensure that all billing-related tasks are handled in an efficient and accurate manner. This position will be a hybrid remote/in person schedule.
Our Medical Billing Manager will support our direct service staff who go to great lengths to serve individuals, children, and families within their homes, schools, and communities. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT (CFA) was founded in 1972 to support and nurture our community’s most vulnerable children and families. Requirements include:
· Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred or 5 years of experience in medical billing field may be considered, of which 3 or more years was in a supervisor (role) capacity.
· Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
· Five 5 years of cumulative relevant experience in a medical setting;
