Southern Colorado Radiologists, P.C. is a small business in Pueblo, CO. We are professional, fast-paced, data-driven and our goal is to fill the position for a Medical Billing Associate to ensure efficient billing of clean claims, claim rejection review, corrected claims.

Our company is looking to fill an Office Manager position for a group of 10 radiologist. The position will require a dedicated, self-motivated person who can lead a team of 8-10 employees to ensure that all coding and billing for patient accounts are charged, billed and paid in a timely manner for two separate companies. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has prior experience in medical billing and coding. Manager must have experience in A/R reconciliation, daily and monthly balancing of accounts for two separate companies.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire and train staff, provide direct supervision, ongoing education to employees.
• Day-to-day administrative and operational functions for office of 8-10 employees and 10 providers.
• Produce monthly financial reports. Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, monthly RVU and production analysis reports.
• Implement best practice standards for billing resulting in substantial reductions of accounts receivable delays.
• Understand government regulations and insurance companies' policies and procedures.
• Renew, update of create new insurance contracts. Renew, update or new credentialing for all providers. Update all State license, DEA License and malpractice insurance expiration dates.
• Manage all requirements for MIPS reporting.
• Assist and fill in for all employees with any problems within their job functions or time off.
• Manage payroll, 401 contributions, medical benefits inquiries, employee 's time off and vacations.
