The Surgical Services Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the systems, operations, and resources for the Operating Room, Procedure Room and Same Day Surgery. The manager will oversee all surgical staff, sterile processing and PACU, functions as a member of the surgical team and acts as OR circulator. Ensures compliance, talent acquisition, staff and surgeon schedules. Maintains and reviews policy and procedure manuals.
