We are a fast pace thriving urgent care / family practice looking to hire a Bilingual, Spanish speaking Medical Assistant with experience in front desk and back office to be trained for management or supervisory position. Must have at least 5 years of experience in related field and is looking to learn and grow with our company. The right candidate must be able to:

1. Deliver superior leadership, reliability and communication as you work with a team of 15 medical assistants as well as 5 medical Practitioners.

2. Enjoy fast pace environment and are willing to learn and contribute to our office as well as their currier as a second home for years to come.

3. Must be comfortable to work with numbers to do daily balance sheets as well as work morning or evening hours as needed.

4. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner, have knowledge and experience in HR, training and supervision of medical assistants, billing, you will be working directly with the director to facilitate the day to day tasks.

Skills

• Min 5 years of Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical secretary
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Social perceptiveness and service oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
• Experienced in H.R., billing and daily accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
