Medical Policy Manager manages and implements corporate policy and process for medical provider and other reimbursements. Ensures that all claims are reviewed, settled, and processed in compliance with and according to contract provisions and regulatory requirements. Monday - 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday - 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday - 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Thursday - 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
Friday - 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
· Assist with review of interview videos and conducting in-person interviews
· Train in and stay proficient with the duties of all positions in medical clinic
· Conduct weekly pow wow with each dept to “check in”, determine what is needed among staff, and recognize achievements or accolades.
· Assist with the staff review process
· Schedule and oversee birthday and work Anniversary recognition
· Schedule monthly work lunch and assist with agenda
· Schedule quarterly out-of-office team Building activity
· ** Assist with inventory as needed (Brian will retain inventory, ordering, supplies, invoices)
· Develops and edits guidelines for prioritizing work activities and maximizing downtime.
· Invoices and financial reconcilliation from pharmacies
· Assisting with training of new hires
· Trouble-shooting with any issues regarding hardware and software
· Holding staff accountable for disciplinary action and infractions against employee manual
· Assist with approving and covering employees requests, in addition to Filling-in for call outs
· Assisting in creation and implementation of marketing endeavors
· Maintaining an upbeat and professional atmosphere
· Handling patient and staff issues
· Assist previous day pharmacy orders, prescription, and inventory
· Audit monthly reports for all departments balances due, unallocated payments etc
· Run weekly and monthly reports for patients that need follow ups, creating email blasts when needed
· Create or assist with drafting of additional training manuals, check lists, and guides
· Assist with maintaining and retraining on scheduling policies and procedures
· Assist with new policy implementation
· Assist with maintaining and posting weekly work schedule
· Ensure that daily operations of the practice are running smoothly and to expectations.
· Monitoring employee performance of administrative and clinical team members, including offering positive reinforcement, recognition, coaching, or disciplinary action in alignment with HR.
· Constantly evaluating office systems for efficiency. Make changes and recommendations to improve office systems.
· Must be proficient at documenting everything such as *Staff memos, *Employee infractions, *Office Policies, *Office meetings, and *Employee Reviews
· Must be proficient at enforcing company policies.
