Job Summary
Perform contract activities within Contracts Department. Provide support to Local Team Lead and Manager, North American Contract Administration, NA Sales Management, and National Accounts. Responsibilities will include responding to bids and proposals, as well as a variety of other contract activities.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for development, compilation and submission of bid and proposals responses for all markets.
Reviews/edits proposals and ensures all proposal schedules and deadlines are met.
Create contracts and other contract documents Maintain Electronic files for Contracts in ZOLL's Contract Lifecycle Management Software
Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests
Review terms and conditions for compliance with ZOLL's standard policies and legal requirements and elevate to appropriate levels for review
Support Contracts Department, National Sales Accounts, and Senior Management, as needed
Complete other department projects as assigned by Contracts Manager
Skill Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience with bid submissions, and contract management required.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Strong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essential
Contracts and National Accounts experience
Experience working with Oracle and other ERP systems a plus
Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to work independently after training
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience; equivalent combinations of education, training and experience will be considered.
