CentraLink is seeking a dynamic Billing and Customer Service Representative who will represent our company in a professional manner while exemplifying our core values. This position will use CentraLink software to complete all aspects of billing claims, as well as facilitating patient care, answering and directing calls. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The ideal candidate for this position will: 

• Work efficiently within all elements of CentraLink 10Man Software to bill, code, document, communicate and authorize all aspects of CentraLink Service Lines
• Answer and complete phone calls in an efficient, friendly manner resulting in best outcome and completion of requests/orders
• Responding promptly to customers, which include but not limited to patients, case managers, nurse managers, providers, and vendors
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to complete orders in a timely manner resulting in clean claims
• Ensure that all billing of services is completed with correct coding, pricing, and demographic information
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed regarding tasks and follow up
• Support a team environment through positive attitude, creative ideas, engaged communication and ability to follow directions from manager
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following all guidelines within the employee handbook and valuing all staff members
• Continually follow HIPAA guidelines to protect health information

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience in billing or customer service.
3. Experience in Microsoft products.
