  • Muskego Health and Rehab is seeking for a detailed orientated Medical Records/Office Assistant to join their team in Muskego, WI. As a Medical Records you will be responsible to maintain and ensure complete medical records are in accordance with the Federal and State guidelines, as well as the facilities policies and procedures. Additionally, support in managing the front desk in greeting and directing vistors and residents.

    This position is Full-Time.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Degree in Health Unit Coordinator or similar
    • 1 years of experience as a HUC/Medical Records or similar role in healthcare setting
    • Experience working with a diverse aging population

Assist the Information Systems Applications Manager and staff to ensure that all transactions necessary to close fiscal periods are entered and the system month close function has been successfully completed within 7 business days of the calendar month end.
