A beautiful, skilled long term care nursing home is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to work at a long term care facility located in Wayne, NJ
**SALARY- UP TO $240K per year (depending on experience)**
Responsibilities of the Administrator-Nursing Home
- Generate and implement innovative marketing ideas that establish us as the continuing care retirement community of choice in our area.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
· Must have prior experience as an Administrator
· Must have Administrator License in New Jersey
· Proven Leadership & Management skills
· Strong verbal & written communication skill
