    Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking to hire for an excellent State Tested Nurse Aides to join alongside our team of excellent caregivers!

    RESPONSIBILITIES MEDICAL RECORDS:

    • Collects, assembles, checks and files all charts as required.
    • Audits records for completion; returns incomplete records to departments/ individuals responsible for completion.
    • Provides copies of medical record documents as requested by authorized individuals at the direction of the NHA.
    • Monitors inventory levels of chart forms and orders or produces forms as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
