Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Records Clerk. As a Medical Records Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for our patients. This position requires knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a medical office setting.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain patient medical records in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all medical records
- Retrieve and file medical records as needed
- Process requests for release of medical information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist healthcare providers in locating and accessing patient records
- Input data into electronic health record systems
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with medical records or in a medical office setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare processes
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
