Job Title: Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician to join our ENT team. As a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Technician, you will perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties to ensure the highest quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs
- Accurately document patient medical history and chief complaint
- Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures and treatments
- Maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Answer patient inquiries and schedule appointments
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
