The medical records clerk is responsible for the fulfillment of all medical record requests. Requests are to be completed in a timely fashion, recorded in the patient’s chart and payments collected if appropriate.
We are excited to provide flexible work arrangements for the Medical Records Clerk. This position is part-time (25 hours per week) and fully remote (New York State only).
