Adams Farm Living in the Jamestown area of Greensboro is seeking a Medical Records Assistant to be responsible for scheduling resident's appointments, Medical Records Director support and other office functions.  This position has daily contacts with residents, family members, and employees so interpersonal and organizational skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, and able handle multiple priorities.

Medical Records Assistant – Greensboro, NC

We are seeking a Medical Records Assistant for our facility. This position will provide administrative and supply support to our Medical Records Director.

Summary of daily duties and necessary skills:

• Coordinate resident's appointments
• Scan and upload documentation into electronic medical record (AHT)
• Filing in medical records
• One year experience in Long Term Care
• Required - Microsoft  Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• AHT Software Knowledge a plus
• Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
• Compassionate and Caring
