This position will answer patient calls- schedule appointments, send messages to providers and /or other personnel, collects information, faxing of records, scanning, making copies, data entry and completing patient outreach.
Ensure that customers are treated with the utmost respect and care and assist with getting answers to questions, taking payments, obtaining medical information for refills and referrals.
