RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Financial Liaison helps in the operation of the business offer in a financially sound manner.
• Works under the scope of the Business Office Manager.
• Serves to help and assist families in long-term facilities with medical assistance.
• Handles Medical Assistance applications.
• Serves as a third party between families, insurance companies, and other financial assistance avenues.
• Oversees and handles Medical Records.

REQUIREMENTS

• Office management and financial management experience required.
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn Long-Term Care, Personal Care, and Independent Living billing/collections procedures.
• Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and Private insurance.
• Computer proficient.
