As an Orthodontic Records Tech, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing records. This position requires strong skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. • Collecting and organizing orthodontic records, including X-rays, photographs, and impressions
• Ensuring that all records are accurately labeled and stored
• Assisting orthodontists and dental assistants during orthodontic procedures
• Preparing and maintaining equipment and instruments
• Providing support to patients and their families, answering any questions or concerns
• Updating patient charts and treatment plans
• Following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and sterile environment
• Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments

Requirements

• Prior experience as an orthodontic records technician or dental assistant preferred
• RHS certification requrired
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, records management, and infection control protocols
• Knowledge of pano, ceph, photos, and sterlization
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, customer service skills and detail oriented
• Ability to work well in a team environment
