We’re seeking a Regional Director of Medical Records/Central Supply to be based out of the Northeast Texas area! Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Compliance rounds in central supply storage areas of facility.
• Tracking and ordering of Rental nursing equipment.
• Organize and maintain facility medical records system in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with development of record policies and procedures.
• Maintain a documented, organized system which is readily accessible by others.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Conduct resident chart audits as assigned.
• Review and approval of purchase orders for nursing supplies and equipment.
