As a Director of Medical Records you are instrumental in ensuring our residents’ medical records are accurate and up to date. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara St. Cloud by securely and confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, handling requests for residents of medical records and ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally.
As a Central Supply Clerk you are instrumental in ensuring our residents and staff have the equipment they need. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avanata St Cloud by ordering supplies, ensuring appropriate stock of supplies is available in the facility at all times and keeping resident rooms and supply areas stocked with supplies. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in an administrative or recordkeeping role. Prior experience as a Director of Medical Records and/or two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
