**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health insurance navigation and pre-auth knowlege , medical office management, and possess expertise in various software systems. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage all aspects of the medical office, including staff supervision, scheduling, and patient flow

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements

- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and billing processes

- Coordinate utilization management and optimize operational efficiency

- Provide human resources support, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Implement managed care protocols and maintain relationships with insurance providers

- Support medical staff with administrative tasks and facilitate efficient patient care

**Skills:**

-Experience with Communicating with Health Insurance Companies (Required)

- Proficiency in Dentrix and eClinicalWorks software systems

- Strong background in medical office management and financial administration

- Knowledge of utilization management principles

- Experience in providing medical administrative support

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
