Under general supervision from the Clinic Site Manager, the Medical Reception and Records Coordinator will provide assistance to the Clinic Site Manager in managing and/or performing day-to-day activities at assigned site to include: Staffing assignments and schedules; initial staff complaints/issues; performance evaluations on subordinates; front office patient care services to ensure delivery of quality patient care This position must exemplify the core values and mission of the organization, always exercising the utmost discretion, diplomacy and tact in both internal and external customer service.
