Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Medical Records Research Coordinator possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong time management skills who can effectively multitask and prioritize to meet assigned deadlines. This individual will serve as a Task Manager supporting sustainment efforts for spare and repair parts for Army Aviation Platforms and Weapon Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing taskers across multiple task tracking systems and assist with day-to-day operations across the department. You will be responsible for efficiently tracking, managing, planning, and coordinating activities to ensure task completion. Taskers will be related to Quality Surveillance and Verification activities including numerous types of audits, Product Quality Assessments (PQAs), First Article Testing (FAT), and National Maintenance Programs (NMP). Your efforts will help ensure that non-conforming parts do not reach the Warfighter. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong communication skills (oral and written), ability to work within a team, and flexibility.
